Francisco Lettieri has been actively involved in the Grain Industry since 2011, working as a grain trader for Philp Brodie Grain / Emerald Grain where he has focused primarily on the Northern NSW and South East QLD cropping region. He has over 20 years experience working in the agricultural industries in both Australia and his native Argentina. After completing his agricultural engineering degree in Buenos Aires, Francisco moved to Australia where he worked as an Agronomist for B&W Rural/ Elders in Moree for more than 5 years. He was later involved in the fertiliser industry applying his technical knowledge to product development and marketing. His diverse experience has allowed him to expand his networks and develop close working relationships with key growers & other stakeholders in the region.

Andrew Paton was born in Moree, NSW and gained work experience on many broad acre farms growing up around the Northern NSW / Darling Downs region. He completed his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of New England, majoring in agribusiness and marketing. Following two years working in the financial sector in Armidale, Andrew accepted a position as merchandise manager for Pursehouse Rural in Liverpool Plains. With a passion for customer service and local knowledge of the region, Andrew quickly developed strong relationships with key stakeholders in the area. In 2012, Andrew was approached to open a branch office for Philp Brodie Grain / Emerald Grain based in Quirindi, then later moved to Toowoomba to expand his region to the Southern Downs.
